At Leez3D, we design and manufacture our products with a focus on precision, durability, structural integrity, and reliable performance.

This warranty policy outlines the limited warranty coverage provided for products purchased through official Leez3D sales channels.

30-Day Limited Warranty

All Leez3D products are covered by a thirty (30) day limited warranty beginning from the original date of delivery.

This warranty covers confirmed defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal and intended use during the warranty period.

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear from regular use
Cosmetic changes, scratches, discoloration, or surface aging
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper handling, accidents, or negligence
Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, alterations, repairs, or disassembly
Damage caused by improper storage, cleaning, maintenance, or use
Damage caused by excessive force, impact, dropping, or other external factors
Damage resulting from use contrary to the product’s intended purpose or instructions
Consumable components or parts subject to normal replacement through regular use

Our team will review your claim and determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty support.

Photo or video verification, additional information, or other evidence may be requested before a warranty claim is approved.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs associated with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.

If a product needs to be returned to Leez3D for inspection, repair, or replacement, the customer is responsible for the applicable shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing by Leez3D.

If a replacement product or component is shipped as part of an approved warranty claim, the applicable shipping costs may also be charged to the customer.

Customers are responsible for using appropriate packaging when returning products. Leez3D is not responsible for damage that occurs during a customer-arranged return shipment due to inadequate packaging or improper handling.

Warranty Period

The warranty period begins from the date the original order is delivered to the customer and lasts for 30 consecutive days.

Warranty coverage does not automatically restart or extend when a replacement component or replacement product is provided, unless otherwise agreed by Leez3D.

If you discover a potential defect during the warranty period, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can review the issue.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, resellers, or third-party marketplaces may not be eligible for warranty coverage.

Leez3D reserves the right to determine whether a reported issue qualifies for warranty coverage and to determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances of each claim.

A warranty claim does not guarantee a refund. Depending on the situation, Leez3D may provide troubleshooting assistance, replacement parts, repair instructions, or a replacement product.

This warranty does not limit any rights or remedies that may apply under applicable local consumer protection laws.
